You need to notify us when you update your cell phone number. Learn how to complete this process.
If you already sent your request, please follow the instructions below.
- Open the amigohealth mobile app and use the main menu's sign in link.
- Enter your new cell phone number and your password and select the sign in link at the bottom of the page.
- Since your phone number has changed, we need to verify this new phone number by sending you a text message with a 4 digit verification code.
Note: If you missed the verification code the first time it was displayed, you may request it again by clicking on "Tap here to resend" on the verification page.
- Enter your verification code and click "next" at the bottom of the page.
You have now successfully linked your new number with your account.
