If your payment does not go through successfully, we will notify you by a text message. You will have 24 hours to update your payment method and resolve the issue with your payment information.
After 30 days of your payment's due date, your account status is set as suspended and access to your discount cards is suspended.
After 90 days of your account being suspended your account will be canceled and removed. You cannot use any benefit from your plan.
You will be able to resign up at any time by re-entering your information.
